Frequently Asked Questions

No. NaTakallam’s Arabic for Professionals courses are designed for upper-intermediate and advanced learners. If this doesn’t yet describe you, we recommend you start with our Integrated Arabic Curriculum or general Arabic language sessions.

You can sign up for a FREE trial session before purchasing the 10-hour bundle. During the trial session, the language tutor assigned to you will assess your language level and suggest the NaTakallam offering or course that is most suited to your needs.
You can choose the “free trial” option from the booking section.
Once you complete your purchase of Arabic for Professionals, you can access the course contents from your NaTakallam Student Dashboard. Look for the heading “Courses Dashboard.”
There is no expiration date! Your Arabic for Professionals course contents will always be available on your NaTakallam Student Dashboard, allowing you to review the contents whenever you like.
Absolutely. At the end of the course, you can download a certificate of completion directly from your NaTakallam Student Dashboard, under the Courses Dashboard.

You are free to determine your own pace, but we strongly recommend that you complete the course within three months by scheduling regular weekly sessions with your assigned language tutor.
If you complete all three sections of the course, we hope that you will have progressed from upper intermediate to advanced or, if you are already advanced, will have cemented your knowledge of Arabic in your specific field. However, as with any language or educational offering, what you get out of the course will depend on what you put in!
Not to worry! Drop us a line at [email protected] and we will have a team member reach out.
